Treasurer – Rusty Faircloth

Rusty Faircloth was born in North Kansas City, MO, and joined the Air Force in 1982; in 2003, he got stationed in Mountain Home AFB and retired from the Air Force in 2005. After only a couple of months of being retired from the Air Force, he founded the Mountain Home ATV Club in Aug 2005 and is still the President of the club today.

Rusty has always enjoyed the outdoors and what our public lands have to offer each and every one of us and believes that everyone should be able to use our public lands pursuing their favorite pastime which his happens to be on the back of an ATV. He believes that working together will all users of our public lands that we can all benefit from the many resources that our public lands offer

Rusty enjoys his time as the Vice President of the Idaho State ATV Association, Inc as it allows him the opportunity to serve the motorized community in ensuring that our public lands remain open.
Rusty is also involved in the Elmore County Search and Rescue (ECSAR) Unit located in Mountain Home and is currently the Secretary of the Unit. The Mountain Home ATV Club is also an active component of the ECSAR unit and is called upon from time to time to assist in rescue/recovery operations.

He is also a member of the Boise Basin Search and Recovery Club (Metal Detecting), enjoys GeoCaching, and helps on a monthly basis with the Grace Lutheran Food Bank. In his spare time when he finds some, you will find him outdoors enjoying any one of his many hobbies.
